We are pleased to announce that teenage fashion chain, Store 21, have agreed to take a new lease in the prime section of Somerset Square.  This fell vacant due to Ethel Austin entering into administration and we are delighted to re-let it in these difficult times.

Most impressively we managed to go from Heads of Terms being agreed to completion in 10 working days!

Who says agreeing leases is adversarial.
