Grays Shopping Centre is the dominant Community Shopping Centre located in the heart of Grays town centre comprising 209,000 sq ft of purpose-built accommodation arranged over ground and first floors. The ground floor provides retail accommodation consisting of 63 units arranged around a central atrium and four internal malls with frontages to the High St and Clarence Road. The first floor provides ancillary accommodation for the retail units which are accessed via a service road from Maidstone Road.

The shopping centre also includes a 700 space multi-storey car park arranged across five levels. The car park has recently undergone a major refurbishment including upgraded lighting and improved signage. Anchor tenants within the scheme include Wilko, Burger King, Costa, Peacocks, Iceland, Poundland & QD Stores.

Grays is the largest town and Unitary Authority of Thurrock in Essex located 23 miles to the east of Central London and 12.1 miles to the west of Basildon. Road communications are excellent with the town being just 3.1 miles from the A13 which links to the M25 (J29) London Orbital Motorway.

Grays is also well located on the UK Rail network with direct access to Central London and the London Underground. There are five trains an hour to London Fenchurch Street with the fastest journey time being just 36 minutes. Grays is well located within reach of all major Greater London airports including London City Airport and Stansted Airport situated 17 miles and 40 miles away respectively.
