We are working closely in partnership with Havering Council in shaping their emerging town centre masterplan of which the Mercury Centre forms an important element. We are supportive the Council’s aim to introduce more mixed use development particularly residential into the town centre interfacing with the Council’s wider one Public Estate Initiative and the Local Plan.
