There has been plenty of media coverage recently on the need for greater transparency and collaboration between owners and occupiers.Cue the predictable, and often justified, comments online from those who have “no sympathy” for “greedy commercial landlords”.
The complete absence of concern reminds me of the amusing scene in Austin Powers that parodies the fact that thousands of henchmen die in action movies, but no one thinks of the consequences for their families...
