99P in Nailsea Makes it a Full House for Ellandi
Posted by Nina on 15th Apr 2013
We
have just completed a letting to 99p in Nailsea which means that this
burgeoning national retailer is now a tenant in all six Ellandi schemes.
This reflects our continued
commitment to investing in sustainable retailing locations, based on value and
convenience shopping.
The
store is located the former Peacock clothes store in Somerset Square and will
open its doors on Tuesday 16th April – with the ever popular trolley dash in which
the chosen shopper has just 99 seconds to fill their trolley!
99p
was launched in 2001 by Nadir Lalani with their 200th store opened in 2012.
We
have implemented various recent improvements at the centre including the
refurbishment of The Sion office block at a cost of £250,000 and various
other incentives to draw shoppers to the centre with the introduction of free
Wi-Fi as well as backing the Nailsea loyalty card which encourages shoppers to
support their local town by shopping locally and obtaining some great discounts
at the same time.
