Smart Rewards App shortlisted in Loyalty Awards

Just two months after its launch, the Smart Rewards app, pioneered by the Ellandi owned Swan Centre in Eastleigh, has been short-listed for The Loyalty Awards.   

The awards, which are curated by Loyalty Magazine is in its third year and celebrates the achievements of companies and organisations excelling and achieving extraordinary things in the loyalty sector. Over 200 entries from around the globe were received and 115 finalists have been chosen.   

The app has been short-listed for Best use of social media to enhance Loyalty category and is up against major Loyalty brands Asos & Nectar.   

Smart Rewards which was created by Brighton based proximity marketing solution experts TagPoints, now has over 1650 users who have claimed approximately 600 rewards since the launch on February 1.

“This is a really prestigious award with a number of big name loyalty brands nominated, it’s great that the Smart Rewards app has been recognised as a leading player in the loyalty industry”, said Mark Robinson, Investment Director of Ellandi.   

“The App is a real innovation and its popularity can be seen in the number of users we’ve had sign up to use it” says Jess Stephens, Director and Co-founder of TagPoints.  “The link to social media within the app allows users to gain more points by sharing content which works really well given the gamification nature we’ve found a lot of users adopting.”

The Loyalty Card Award winners will be announced on June 10.
