Become a Community Shopping Centre Expert and Win £500 for a Charity of Your Choice

We're giving someone the chance to win £500 for a charity of their choice and a bottle of Champagne for themselves by completing an Ellandi fact-based quiz.
The competition is to celebrate our 10th Birthday and the launch of our new website which through the use of innovative technology and our own proprietary research, allows for the dynamic marketing of their 34 assets.
Mark Robinson, Property Director explains “Traditionally, agents have used sales particulars and printed brochures to market opportunities that quickly go out of date and require manual updates or redesigns. But in this fast-paced and environment, with the potential of using modern technology, this just isn’t good enough. At Ellandi we are joint agents on most of our schemes and decided this old-fashioned way of working had to change.”
So we appointed D2 Interactive to develop a new, innovative, dynamic website.
This marries up current tenancy information, marketing material and data from our own proprietary research such as our annual intercept survey. As tenancy information changes, the website and brochures automatically update too, as do the portfolio analytics, also shared on the website.
Mark added “With our new site we wanted to avoid the age-old problem of data falling out of date the second it goes live. We’ve set up processes that have been integrated into the build which ensure that whenever someone lands on the site, they see real-time data.”
Winners of the competition will have answered 10 questions on the Ellandi portfolio and become a Community Shopping Centre expert in the process!
