Ellandi have always advocated that just because the location may be deemed "secondary" the shopping experience needn't be sub-standard, that's why we install Wi-Fi and seem to be spending an unfeasible amount on toilets, amongst other initiatives.  Whilst there has been some talk that recent revamps by Wilco's and Morrisons have cost them trade because customers assume that nicer shops mean higher prices, this is a rather depressing unintended consequence, if true.

Eventually consumers will rediscover their mojo and when they do, we firmly believe that retailers and landlords who have continued to innovate and invest will be rewarded with their loyalty and custom.
