Falkirk has a resident population of over 35,000 people and sits at the junction of the Forth and Clyde and Union Canals where the works first and only rotating boat lift 'The Falkirk Wheel' is located.

The Howgate Centre is the dominant scheme in Falkirk, comprising 48 retail units, the majority of which cover ground and basement levels, in addition to a three-storey car park totalling over 500 spaces.
