White River Place dominates the town centre and is a mixed-use scheme comprising of 178,077 sq ft of retail space, restaurants, cafes, gym, a four-screen cinema and a 550 space multi-storey car park.

Home of the iconic Eden Project St. Austell is the largest town in Cornwall with a total population of 35,000 and lies 24km east of Truro.

It has a rich history of clay, tin and copper mining but more recently its brewery which produces the award-winning Tribute Pale Ale.

It is also where the BBC TV series Poldark is filmed.

The town is well connected to the national road network via the A390 and A391 providing access to Truro to the east and Plymouth to the west. It has direct rail links with London Paddington via Bristol and is in close proximity to New Quay Airport.
