Over the last decade, Ellandi have become the UK’s leading delivery partner for investing in, transforming and managing retail and town centre environments. Ellandi are excited to offer our summer internship for the third year. This year, we are looking for a candidate to join our 6-week immersive summer placement. 



Ideal candidates are:

• In the 2nd or 3rd year (3rd year is preferred as there is a prospect for a permanent role) of a property-related degree such as BSc in Real Estate 
• Have not had the opportunity to work within the industry thus far 
• Have little to no experience within the UK market and are passionate about pursuing a career in property
• Motivated to learn and are self-starters
• Happy to work within a team-based/collaborative environment
• Effective communicators both written and non-written 
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including excel 

The Role:

You will be immersed into the asset management team to work on assets throughout the UK.  Exposure within our other departments will equip you with a strong foundation and understanding of how the commercial property market works in practice. Ellandi will support you to gain invaluable insight into our industry specialists, with particular emphasis on our values and ethos within our work. We are here to support candidates in developing their technical abilities, realising their career prospects and importantly, forging their own connections within this industry. 

Throughout the placement period our interns can expect:

• A monthly wage of £2,200 subject to tax & NI 
• To travel across the UK for site visits (cost covered by Ellandi) and management meetings 
• Agile working with days working in the London office, visiting centres around the UK and time working from home 
• To be involved in new business development
• Gain support in your professional development and access to mentors 
• To attend our monthly inclusive staff social events 
• To attend spotlight learning seminars on various business topics and team training

• If successful, you will be sent a Microsoft Excel assessment ahead of being called to interview. 
• The deadline for applications is end of day – Wednesday 30thApril, and interviews will be scheduled on an ad-hoc basis as applications come in. 
• The summer internship will take place from the end of 24th June to 2nd August – with flexibility around dates to take into consideration any scheduled examinations.
