Ellandi's Research & Analytics team gathers proprietary data which provides real-time information about visitor behaviours and current needs.

 

Each year we undertake the UK’s most detailed and geographically diverse intercept survey of nearly 9,500 people to understand the local communities in which we operate, provide benchmarking data across locations and develop and implement deliverable strategies.

 

We also collaborate with the leading research teams: CACI, GlobalData, FSP, Knight Frank and Savills, to ensure that our own data is supplemented, refreshed and enriched with information from the wider economy.

 

We use leading technology solutions to provide accurate footfall data and are constantly developing our own analytical tools.

Knowledge & Expertise

Data is married to the knowledge and expertise of the Ellandi property platform.

 

Through strategic engagement on more than 40 retail-focussed community projects in regional towns across the UK, we have established a highly skilled team of 29 people with a combined experience of some 300 years of working on town centre assets.

 

Our platform enables us to invest in excellence.  Our property team has developed market-leading knowledge in key sector specialisms which inform our strategies, including car parks, cost management, accessibility, sustainability and commercialisation.

 

In partnership with both the public and private sector, Ellandi has bought and sold over 40 town centre retail assets across the UK and provided strategic input to their re-purposing to meet the current and future needs of the communities they serve.

 

  Ellandi’s expertise covers research & analytics, visioning, masterplanning,  development consultancy, development management, investment, asset management and finance management, all focussed on the delivery of long-term sustainable projects which contribute meaningfully to community and place.
